uninstall ispconfig 2 and install ispconfig3

Hello,

For the ipconfig2 installation I followed the pefect setup for Debian 4. Now I want to install ispconfig3. Can I just uninstall Ispconfig2 and install 3 after that, or do I need to upgrade the server to Debian Lenny aswell.

You will have to format the server and completely reinstall it as described in the ispconfig 3 setup guide. Just ininstalling ispconfig 2 and then install ispconfig 3 will not work as ispconfig 2 and 3 use a completely different setup and have different system requirements.
