fail2ban tutorial - apache-auth filter
Hello
In the fail2ban tutorial the apache log filters are set as:
[apache-auth]
However, ISPConfig records an htaccess login failures as: (see attached error_log.txt)
[error]
It also records any other error such as a PHP fault or a missing favicon as:
[error]
Is there a way of customising the logs so that they show [apache-auth] when a login fails?
Kind Regards,
Adrian
