Question Backup made simple for the Perfect Server?

Hey all, I have installed the perfect ubuntu 8.10 server. I want to know what the best way would be for me to do backups. As I have a few sites of my own on it as well as email...etc. I have a 1TB WD MyBook World and attached to that I have another 500GB WD MyBook, all on my network. I would like a way to backup my server to the MyBook world over the network/ What would be the best way to do so?
