Default Ubuntu 8.10 and iSCSI?

Have Ubuntu 8.10 and a Lefthand Networks iSCSI SAN and I'm trying to get the two connected. I used to be a Lefthand Senior Systems Engineer so configuring the SAN I can handle no problem. It's How Do I get the open-iscsi initiator (Which I have installed) properly configured and then access the LUN?

This would be a hugely helpful How To...

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Thanks all,
Jim
