Default Configurations

Respected member i want to start an isp (Ineternet service Provider). Can anyone tell what kind of server is require and how to configure

For starting ISP you will need more then just a server. You probably meant hosting provider. For start any hardware will do.. If you got money buy good hardware and look for setup how-tos on this website.

I'd rent a server, e.g. at Hetzner or Rackspace.
