Smile Yep i got the solution ?

For login to your website through ftp you have to create a user and you must have to specify that usergroup in your /etc/proftpd.conf file. Initially i missed that to specify a usergroup in my proftpd.conf file. After specifying a group there you can login as a user which belongs to that group.

now have look of m,y proftpd.conf file and pay special attention on underlined and bold font .. you need to specify a usergroup .

# Use pam to authenticate (default) and be authoritative
#AuthPAMConfig proftpd
#AuthOrder mod_auth_pam.c* mod_auth_unix.c

#Include /etc/proftpd_ispconfig.conf

# To cause every FTP user to be "jailed" (chrooted) into their home
