Default Postfix problem

I setup my new server with the http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect-server-ubuntu-8.10 minus the ISPconfig.

I have everything working great for sending and receiving mail except that all my mail for all users goes out as name@server.domain.com

How do I change it so all mail goes out from name@domain.com? Ive tried just about everything I could google

Thanks, Walter
