Default issue with ruby

hi all,


i just install debian 5 along with the tutorial from here how to install ruby/apache. I got it working but when i created my app theres no .htaccess file in the public directory any ideas why this is .

ps but the app runs fine though

What .htaccess file are you referring to? There's no such file mentioned in the tutorial.
