Default exclude URL from caching at squid 3

hi

I have Squid 3.0 PRE5 installed on linux.
Howto exclude an URL from caching at squid.conf ?

perhaps:
Code:
acl url dstdomain .domain.net
always_direct allow url
cache deny url
btw. if I allow direct do I need exclude from caching as well?
