Default why don't some changes in control panel enable ?

I use ispconfig2.25 on opensuse11.
it generally works well . But I have a problem.
some configurations in sites of the control panel which I set, I couldn't see in Vhosts_ispconfig.conf.
Whereas I could see as Vhosts_ispconfig.conf_03-02-09_11-32-07.
What sort of wrong might I make ?
How can I correct this problem ?

Thanks
