user name=admin & pass=admin not accepted whats the problem ?

i am completing all the installtion process successfuly so when i open the web page of ISPConfg https://qmail.worldcall.net.pk:81/login.php?err=101
that page ask me the user name and password i am entring the password admin and also user name same but they give me error ERROR 101: wrong username or password.......
tell me what is the problem again??????????????????????

I guess the installer has not created the mysql database correctly.

Please check if the ISPConfig mysql database has been creted and that it contains a table sys_user.

Also check the ISPConfig install logfile /var/log/ispconfig_install.log for errors.
