Default How to set up Xen to generate virtual machines with extra modules built automatically

I am planning to offer a limited number of free VPS's to customers and these VPS will have FFMPEG supported.

I would like to use Xen to virtualize a dedicated server, however, I am not sure how to have FFMPEG installed automatically when I generate a virtual server for the customer.

1. If the dedicated server already has FFMPEG installed, will the virtual server inherit this component automatically? If not, how to do it?

2. How to enable customers to remote start/shut down his/her VPS?
