Default ISPConfig vs. Virtualmin GPL - Can someone help me compare?

Hello. I am trying to choose a new panel to migrate to, away from Hsphere which we are using now.

Can someone point me to or provide a quick comparison of the main strengths of these two panels (from your experience)? I know they are both excellent products, but I was curious which one is best for us. I need something that is easy/powerful for Admin to make changes, and has good control of e-mail for end user, not too confusing or "powerful" for my simple bunch of users. I love the performance history (charts) provided in Virtualmin.

Thanks.
