Default Upload Finished Joomla Site

Hello everybody.

First of thanx for the tutorials on the main site...

I have set up an opensuse server with isp and i would like to upload a finished Joomla site, that was developed on an other local server...

Can i upload all the files in a zip file and extract them through Ispconfig?

What about ownership and read/write permissions?

Thanx in advance

You have to create an account for that Joomla site, upload it's files and database to Your OpenSuSE server.
Then adjust configuration.php to the new server and set the owner of the files to the user created by ISPConfig. The permissions have to be adjusted as well. As far as I know ISPConfig 2 doesn't decompress archives. Shell access would be very useful in that case.

No there isn't. Windows and Linux have different filesystems with different file/directory attributes.
