Submitting howtos

When you submit howtos you can check the option whether you want to be informed about feedback/comments. By default it's deactivated and I think it would be better to activate to be informed by email upon new comments.

well, I just noticed today that on the my last howto, in wich you were so kind to split up onto multiple pages, there wasn't email notification enabled and there were two comments

I just tend to think if someone is "eager" to publish their howtos they also would like to get notified by feedback (even more so if it's positive feedback).
