Default Email client and loging

Hi for all.
I have a problem but the super-masters of this forum can resolve very quick.

The situation:
I need to migrate the server, the old server have 35 users, the configuration of each outlook is :

Username1 -> user1@blablabla.com
pass -> xxx

username2 -> user2@blablabla.com
pas > xxx…

Ok. The problem is in the new server, I installed ispconfig 2, I created a site, and the users… but the users have a prefix normaly [web]_user1.

I need to change this. I think the solution it’s a alias o similar. I would like the user can login in the new server like the older one.

Thanks a lot.

Pd: Sorry for my English

What was the old operating system and what is the new operating system.

Could you provide real examples of an old and new user?

the operating system is not important.
I would like to check emails with the username user1@blablabla.com instead blablabla.com_user1 <-ispconfig style

This is not possible with ISPConfig 2.
