Got SPAM but like to add "banned file" etc

Hi!
Since about half a year now, my virtual server with "Virtual Users And Domains With Postfix, Courier And MySQL (Debian Etch)" has work very well. In spite of that, I do receive about 20-30 SPAM mail every day. Every mail do have my mail address correctly, but it is SPAM mail anyway. How could I setup a "banned file" or maybe in some other way to be able to block such a mail. I'm fairly a newbie here, so be patient please.
