Default apt-get

When running apt-get update/apt-get upgrade i get this message

The following packages have been kept back:
linux-image-2.6-amd64 openssh-client openssh-server
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 3 not upgraded.
How can i upgrade the last 3 ?

Uninstall them then reinstall them?
