falko

thanks for your reply,

i will try to explain, time to create a wireless network connection is to short,or connection for my wireless adapter is to fast(adapter isn,t yet ready for it ?),i want to raise time out network manager(wireless is working but often i have to started several times, before i have a connection) only have this little problem on Intrepid never had this with Hardy Herron,so i think there is a different in the time out setting network manager, but i,m not sure

using DMA 140 wireless usb mini adapter

Not sure what's causing this, but you can try to replace the network manager with wicd: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=414001
