Is 220.127.116.11 the IP address where you expect the emails for zesa.net to arrive?
I don't know the zesa.net IP address but the emails that are getting lost are originating from the zesa.net domain. The issue is to find out why only the emails from zesa.net do not get to the intended recipient who is on the powertel.co.zw domain.
It also happens that all others on the powertel.co.zw domain can receive emails from the zesa.net domain except this particular user
