Default Connect by Xen Center

Hi every Boady ,maybe i have simple question , I installed Xen 3.03 step by step According to this link :
http://www.howtoforge.com/installing...entos-5.2-i386

So ... Xen was installed on my centos linux but i dont know how connect to xen by "xen center" i try this by "xen center 4" from windows but i no Success

I think you can use Xen Center only if you've installed XenServer Express on the server.
