whois lookup is resolving wrong ip number

we run a ispconfig server for hosting clients websites.

we have a problem were a new client wants us to host his site but we cant get this domain to point to our servers properly

If you do a whois on current domains listed on our server you get our public ip number , ( example www.ibcbrantford.com shows 209.239.7.238)

if you do a whois on the new site it shows our internal server ip number ( example www.horseshoetax.ca shows 192.168.1.72)

could you please steer me in the right direction please ?

Please contact the domain registry that is responsible for that domain and tell them to update the whois record.
