Default sms gateway procmail rule

Hi All,
I'm fairly new to procmail, having never needed to use it before beyond a standard recipe to call spamassasin. I have configured gammu's smsd in files mode. I want to setup an email to sms gateway, now what I need is a procmail recipe to:
1. Strip the body of the email of all HTML tags - otherwise a ton of smses will be sent.
2. Deliver the mail to the folder: /var/spool/sms/outbox
in the form of OUT+27821234567.txt
I had in mind to put the tel number in the subject line:

to sms@domain.com
Subject: +27123456

Any Ideas?
