Default First time use of ISPConfig 3 - setting up a website

Hi there.

Please forgive me if the answer to any of my questions are simple and easy.

Recently my boss set up the ISPC3 VMWare installation for a few of us to have a play with. The problem is we want to learn how to setup websites for clients.

we have a domain to practice with that we purchased through a hosting company. It's currently not mapped to anything and just we dont know what to do. We cant find any documentation on ISPC3, it all seems to be for ISPC2.

so, if someone would be so kind, could I have a simple step by step guide on how to change all the information so that we could access the site in our browsers using www.domain.co.uk.

Thanks for being patient with me and thanks for your help!

Adding a site in ispconfig 3 is pretty self explaining:

Go to sites module, click on new site, enter the domain name in the field "domain" and click on save.

Get ISPConfig support and the ISPConfig 3 manual from ispconfig.org.
