Xen and CD Boot Installations

This may be a dumb question, but I would like to try some different Linux programs such as FreeNAS, eBox, OpenFiler, etc. that typically run custom installs from a LiveCD or ISO image that runs at boot time.

I don't have any spare machines laying around, but I have a Xen host with a lot of unused resources. Is there a way I can create a DomU and use these installation CDs to try out these other programs?
