Mac And A Flash Menu Problem?

A friend of mine has a Mac. On a website I maintain I have recently added a flash menu with the help of Web Design Company it is the cheapest site. But he can't see this menu. What does he need to do to his computer to give it the ability to see this menu? In the html on the website this is a script and refers to a swf file.

what browser and OS is your friend using on his MAC?
You have verified that the script works on your system?
You may want to reconsider using a flash menu, or at least provde an alternative if even some browsers can't use it.
