Default Asterisk

I have been able to get everything working on my asterisk system. My cisco phones are connecting through SIP. I believe my tdm400 card is working properly. I am able to receive in coming calls but I am unable to to make out going calls. Looking through the logs I see this

[Oct 2 16:01:07] WARNING[3547] config.c: parse error: No category context for line 10 of /etc/asterisk/zapata-channels.conf
[Oct 2 16:03:47] WARNING[3706] config.c: parse error: No category context for line 10 of /etc/asterisk/zapata-channels.conf
[Oct 2 16:07:14] WARNING[3713] app_dial.c: Unable to create channel of type 'IAX2' (cause 3 - No route to destination)
[Oct 2 16:09:43] WARNING[3715] app_dial.c: Unable to create channel of type 'IAX2' (cause 3 - No route to destination)
[Oct 2 16:30:10] NOTICE[3744] manager.c: 127.0.0.1 failed to authenticate as 'admin'
[Oct 2 16:35:08] WARNING[3811] chan_zap.c: Detected alarm on channel 2: No Alarm
[Oct 2 16:35:08] NOTICE[2259] chan_zap.c: Alarm cleared on channel 2
Any information would be of great help

There seems to be a syntax error in /etc/asterisk/zapata-channels.conf.

I think I have ironed out the other error, Now I see this when I attempt to send a outgoing call

[Oct 3 11:43:35] NOTICE[2259] chan_zap.c: Alarm cleared on channel 2
[Oct 3 11:46:24] WARNING[2537] chan_zap.c: Detected alarm on channel 2: No Alarm
[Oct 3 11:46:24] NOTICE[2259] chan_zap.c: Alarm cleared on channel 2
