Default DNS: PTR Zone Question

Hi, sorry my english...

I create a reverse zone: 60.219.201.in-addr.arpa and over this zone I need create many registers, But don't let me write other PTR record, only I can create one register, If I want other register I have create other PTR.

How I can create PTR's with much registers?

Please ask your provider, the one that assigned you the IP address, to create the PTR record for the IP.
