How to access a web in intranet ?

As the first I must say that I am an absolute beginner in things servers and ISPConfig. I have at present the following problem:

In our Intranet I configured to test purposes a PC as server (10.30.50.135) with ISPConfig and put on one Web with one user.
How can I access now from another Client PC this Web? With the call of the IP address 10.30.50.135 the message "this IP address comes is several times used. In order to reach the desired Website, you give their Domain in place of the IP address in the address line of the Browsers ".

But the input of the Domain does not function, since this is not recognized, since the actual name server of our Intranet is not the server with the IP 10.30.50.135.
I don't know, if I expressed myself understandably, but does'nt give it any possibility of accessing the Web?

I'm one step closer ...
In the file "hosts" of my client-PC I've written
10.30.50.135 web1.lel www.web1.lel

When I now type www.web1.lel in the adressfield of my browser, I access to the server, but the message:
"this IP address comes is several times used. In order to reach the desired Website, you give their Domain in place of the IP address in the address line of the Browsers " appears nevertheless.

What's going wrong ?

Now it works. With http://www.web1.lel I get the site
Standard index side: 10.30.50.135 Fully Qualified Domain Name of the Website
and with http://web1.lel I get the site with the message
"this IP address comes is several times used. In order to reach the desired Website, you give their Domain in place of the IP address in the address line of the Browsers "
