Help to create WinSRV PDC local IP and Ubuntu BDC Public IP

Hi All!!!

SomeOne, PLZ help me to create LOCAL Domain domain.kg Windows Server 2003 PDC (Domain Controller/Active Directory),
local ip: 192.168.10.254
and connected PUBLIC Domain domain.kg Ubuntu Linux 8.04 with
public ip: 217.xy.yx.zz and
local ip: 192.168.10.252
