Definitions of mail log warnings

Could someone explain what the following warnings mean in my mail log? they are

warning: connect to private/tlsmgr: no such file or directory

warning: problem talking to server private/tlsmgr: no such file or directory

warning: no entropy for TLS key generation: disabling TLS support

and then, not a warning, but we are having trouble sending emails to this domain so I am wondering what this means:
Host offered STARTTLS: [firstelectronics.com]
