Exclamation mail box issue+alias issue

hi:
1.- i'have mail box when recived messages duplicate this to download via pop3. Example:

from subject
xx@domain hi
xx@domain hi
ss@domain bye
ss@domain bye

suse linux 10.1+ispconfig 2.2.25

2.- I created a mailbox robert @ domain with 2 alias: info and res and when to send email to res@domain system back : user res@domain does not exist.

1) If you have a mailbox and a alias and you send a email to the mailbox and alias (e.g. the one address in the to field and the other in cc or bcc), you will receive two emailsas the email for the mailbox and the alias is processed independantly by postfix.

2) Is the alias listed in the virtusertable file?
