Default Need info concerning shopping cart

Hello, does anyone possess information on a open-source 'shopping cart', thats compatible with ISPConfig c-panel; where clients can sign up for web services (providing their names, and other basic information), where then the 'shopping cart' configures the c-panel, establishing a new client account. At such time, all future account management would be governed by the c-panel, independent of the 'shopping cart'. Any info would be appreciated, Thanks.
