Why is FTP sooooooo Slow??
Hi guys, Every install of ISPConfig i have the same problem.. It takes so long to browse diretorys and upload, delete etc. And i am doing all these actions over a local network. To upload 18MB with all my forums, blogs etc will take my hours.
I am using proFTPd with FileZilla as the client.

Are both modes slow, active as well as passive FTP connections?
