Default Ispconfig Postfix Procmail

Can anyone help me

I am currently running ispconfig with postfix and everything is working fine.

I wish to block certain email's from particular addressess and understand that I can use procmail to do this

Can anyone tell me how I would go about setting this up as I do not want to change anything that would stop my emails from working

Thanks in advance

John
