Spamsnake: outboud rules; strip headers

Greetings,

First of all, thanks for the Spamsnake howto. It worked fab for me.
I just have two questions that maybe someone can help:

- How can I have different rules for inbound and outbound email? I want to deliver spam email to my users (they are put into the junk folder by my Exchange server), but want to store spam emails that go to external users.

- How can I strip the headers resulting from processing for outbound email?
