ASK: Amavisd-new+banned filename by username

Hi guys,

I got a problem with incoming mail in my office, the users in my office always send and receive maybe every minutes and now the ISP charge with big money and my boss asked me to make a filter at mail server, currently i am using postfix and amavisd-new. is there any one know how to banned filename (like pps, ppt) for receiving only by username (selected username) in amavisd-new?

The problem is that the attachments have already arrived on the server when you try to filter them, so you won't save any traffic.
