Default Enable tags

Tags are great, I'm surprised they aren't enabled here. They'd be very helpful especially for searching for all threads about postfix and setup or something.

To be honest, I can't imagine that anyone will take the time and effort to fill in tags for forum threads. And what happens if someone fills in spam words or other nonsense?

You can ban certain words from tags. You'll be quite surprised on how many ppl fill them out.
