On the same server, or are Confixx and ISPConfig installed on different servers?

on differnet servers, but moving the mysql-db and the directories wouldn't be a problem.

You must create all web sites and users manually in ISPConfig and then move all files (HTML files, etc.) to the new server. Unfortunately there's no other way.

how does ispconfig store it's configuration, there must be some way to create it from the content of the confixx-mysql-data ?
or would it be possible with this SOAP-interface ?

Yes, but it won't be less work than directly using the ISPConfig web interface.
