Red face How to install phpmyprepaid on Ubuntu

I'm a new baby on Ubuntu.
I just would like to install phpmyprepaid but I cannot find out manual on this.
Have any one told me about this.

There should be installation instructions within the phpmyprepaid download package.

Thank. right now I can install phpmyprepaid0.4 rc2 but I still have a problem about create account when I create account from phpmyprepaid into database. After create new account I try to used phpmyadmin to see the data on database on radcheck topic there are account that I create from phpmyprepaid but I cannot use that account to login but if I create account by phpmyadmin it's working fine. it very strange

on id 17-19 has create from phpmyprepaid (cannot)
on id 1-2 has create from phpmyadmin (can)

Have any idea for this issue?
