Default if I do a change apache go in stop

Hi,

i can't do change on ISPconfig because stop apache.
for restart i must change the Vhost_ispconfig.conf for restart apache.

the problem is born when i did a change to a user password.

What exactly do you have to chnage in Vhost_ispconfig.conf before you can start apache again?
