Default load balance multiple providers

ok my cisco catalyst 6500 is about to die, and would like to know if someone can point me in the direction to build a new router and have load balancing with it. I have 3 connections two fiber, webair arbornet and a good old fashion T-1 is there a tut that would give me directions on it?
