Default ISP panel

Good afternoon,

Could you help us in solving one problem? We have installed the ISP panel for Centos 5.2. Have everything installed and also connected FTP to ISP panel.
I login into the account and click to Web FTP but there appears the following error which you can see in the picture included.

have you checked the checkbox ftp access for that domain?

Can you log in using a normal FTP client such as FileZilla?
