Default Apache Access Log for user directory

I am trying to locate the apache access log for a users directory ( /var/www/web1/user/web1_xxx/web/ ) so that I can monitor the individual activity of a user. Is this possible?

Thank you.

Michael

The apache user webs are not logged separately as they are no separate vhosts. You will find the activity logged in the logfile of the website.

I have looked in the /var/www/web1/log/web.log file, but there is no record of the user website activity.

The file is updated just once every night.
