web-ftp very slow

Hi all
I'm having a big problem with web-ftp. It will take about 2 minutes to display the directory listing.

The directory is small it contains only 5 subdir and less than 100 files all together.

I'm running Centos 5.2 (Perfect Installed)

The /etc/hosts contains:

the server is behind a FW who is doing NAT.

Any thoughts?
