Question ISPConfig killed my Fedora Core8, please help

I have two errors on startup the first ntp Failed to load (no big deal on this part, i think) and then /etc/httpd/conf.d/system-config-httpd.conf SSLoptions: illegal options "ComPatEnvVars" error on line 410 (I can't view the line error because now I can no longer login as any user nor root, system just hangs with either blue or black screen with animated mouse)
