I have once account I can not log on to in Squirrel mail. I setup 3 email accounts. I setup forward on them. I can send mail to the accounts and get them on the forwarded mail account. So the mail is working. I went to mxtoolbox dot com and checked the mail and it is ok. I just can not log into Squirrel mail for that one domain. I have two other domains and I can log into those in Squirrel mail just fine. I can not figure this out. Help!!

Does it work with other email clients?
Any errors in your mail log?

When I send mail to the admin, it will redirect it to my hotmail account and there is no error messag in the mail log. I get this when trying to login to the mail.

It is only with this one domain. I tried to delete all the email addresses and re enter them, but it is still the same. Nothing has changed. It was working before I reloaded the server. How do I check if it will work on other email clients? I mean what is the settings to use?

Are you sure that admin@stocktongoodsamaritan.org is the correct username?

Yes that is correct. I have 3 emails setup on that domain.admin,david,larry. what is strange is my other two domain email is working fine. Come to think of it even stocktongoodsamaritan.org is working great. it sends mail out and I get it from the forward email I setup on the accounts. I just can not log in to the squirrel mail site to send mail from the mail account. Is there a place I can look to see what settings to use so I can try another mail application? I have not changed anything think. I set it up just like before.

More information: I was looking in the mail log file and I noticed that the mail going out of the domain I am having trouble loging into dose not look like the other domain mail entrys. take a look.

If it is showing the user as the email and not the website and user id like the other site. How can I fix this? thanks. P.S. You know I want all of you to know on this site. I was not able to do anything before I got hooked up with your site. I want to thank everyone here that makes this site possible for people to learn on whatever level they are at.

More info: I went into the site I am having trubble with and there is no courierimapuiddb file in the mail. All the other sites have this in them. How can I fix this? thanks

oh! i didnt see this post before, i think ive got the same problem..

every mail account on 3 different domains work fine, but 1 acc of 1 domain doesnt.. iam unable to login via roundcube and cant fetch mails with outlook.

anyway if it helps i wanted to say that i used the same setup guide

hello i tried to login again and checked my mail error log.....

when logging in with correct password i get those error msg:

[18-Jul-2008 03:23:00] PHP Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 120 seconds exceeded in /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/web/roundcubemail/program/lib/imap.inc on line 206

with any other pwd i get a normal error message.

[18-Jul-2008 03:24:55 +0200] IMAP Error: Authentication for web2_mark failed (LOGIN): "a001 NO Login failed." in on line 0

sending a mail to the account results in this error:

<web2_mark@webhost> (expanded from <mark@domain.tdl>): maildir delivery failed:
create maildir file
/var/www/web2/user/web2_paul/Maildir/tmp/1216345205.P2099.webhost:
Permission denied

and i just notified that creating new mail accounts on this domain dont work too, well i can create them but i cant access them or send emails to it.

other accounts on other domains are working well!
