Default Which Perfect Desktop with a Proxy?

I have an old XP PC that I want to rebuild with a linux OS so I can learn a bit about Linux.

I read about this 'Perfect Desktop' windows replacement - http://www.howtoforge.com/the-perfec...nt-5-elyssa-r1 - and it looks pretty good, but I also need a proxy server.

Can I add a proxy server to that build? or should I have a look at another 'Perfect Desktop' windows replacement that includes a proxy server????

Thanks for any help.

Yes, you can add a proxy like Squid to that installation.
