Default ISPconfig3, ssh-chroot/Jailkit not chrooting or jailing

Tested trunk checkout of today installed on Ubuntu 7.10

Both ssh-chroot and Jailkit enbaled don't seem to prevent a ssh user from going out of their homedir..

- For SSH-Chroot, you will have to recompile your SSH daemon with the chroot patch.
- Foe Jailkit, there has already been a bug reported:
