problem with uploadin

Dear All ,
I faced a problem with uploading files
i create a web site like test ,
and how i can enter with ftp to this web site , his domain is test.gov.ps
?
how i can create an ftp account

--- ok i create a user acount
but when i upload the site , the data dont go to the actual directory
?
how i can knwo that my work is ok

You must create an admin user under "User & Email".
With that user you can login using FTP; the document root of the web site is the folder web.

Open the account of this user, check the "Administrator" Checkbox and safe it. Now you can upload the HTML files in the "web" directory of this user account.
